Philosopy
Since an early age, my strong drive was my huge passion and curiosity toward culinary art, that I have developed throughout working under diverse Celebrity Chefs worldwide. Today, as an Executive Culinary leader, my vision is based on three essential elements. First, The product. It needs certain unique care and delicate treatment. Second, the cooking technique. I apply a particular technique for the right product. Third, the Chef palate. My palate is the judging agent for the final product prior serving.
As long as culinary art is evolving constantly, I invest a great amount of my personal time traveling, discovering, and making research about new trends.
